Before your first visit, we verify your insurance and let you know what you can expect to owe. You'll pay your plan's copay, coinsurance or deductible at each visit, and we keep a card on file.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee.
